Speak Your Truth

Cultivate Your Authentic Voice

Saturday, June 15 - Sunday June 16, 12:30 - 6:30 pm (both days)

Embark on a transformative 10-hour yoga teacher training module dedicated to delving deep into the depths of your being, uncovering, and refining your authentic voice.

Recognizing the rich tapestry of life experiences that each individual brings to their teaching journey, both on and off the mat, this module provides a nurturing space for honing and expressing that unique essence.

At the heart of our exploration lies the transformative practice of heart-opening backbends, serving as a foundational element throughout our shared journey. Through gentle āsana, journaling, meditation, and introspection, we'll unveil the messages of our hearts. From this rooted foundation, we'll ascend, crafting a holistic experience that emanates from the core of our being.

This immersive experience will invite us to:

  • Engage with poetry, sacred texts, imagery, and personal inspirations to excavate and cultivate your authentic self-expression.

  • Curate musical playlists that echo your essence, enriching your teaching style and infusing your classes with a harmonious atmosphere.

  • Harness the power of meditation, journaling, and vision boards as creative tools to chart and manifest experiences for your classes.

  • Hone the skill of setting the perfect tone for a classes and seamlessly integrating thematic elements into your teaching narrative.

Join us as we embark on a soul-stirring journey of self-discovery and empowerment, cultivating our unique voices as conduits of wisdom, healing, and inspiration.
