I’m so pleased to be returning to Maine with LoveYourBrain to support their 2023 retreat program. LYB Community Retreats are designed for adults with TBI and caregivers who are interested in participating in an interactive group setting focused on LYB’s core pillars of community, mindfulness, movement, and nutrition to promote personal growth and healing.
